My Story
Why I do this work.
I grew up learning sales the hard way — knocking on doors, getting told no, and figuring out how to keep going. That foundation shaped everything that came next. When I moved into real estate, I refused to default to the standard list-and-wait approach. I built a structured system where every property gets real exposure and every client gets the same intensity, whether it's a first home or a multi-tower commercial program.
What drives me is simple: I want every client to feel like they have an unfair advantage. Better information. Better exposure. Better negotiation. That's what I show up to deliver — every time.
There's another reason I understand what my clients are weighing: I'm an active real estate investor myself, with income properties across Waterloo Region and Hamilton. I've underwritten the deals, managed the properties, and navigated the financing personally — so when I advise an investment client, the guidance comes from real ownership experience, not theory.
I also speak fluent Arabic and work with Arabic-speaking clients across Ontario — buying, selling, renting, and investing with the comfort of working in their own language. If that's you or someone in your family, you're in the right place.
